MALLOREDDUS ALLA CAMPIDANESE (Sardinian Spicy Sausage Pasta)

A wonderful friend of mine recently went on holiday to Sardinia and, knowing that I like to cook, brought me back an edible gift. She asked me to think up a recipe for it and write a post about it on Homecrest.
